Service Facts:

Whats Included?

  • Internet Access via your own installed WiFi Card.
  • Internet Service to one connection at a time.
  • Message Boards login, thus you are able to submit comments, not just read them.

What are some things that are not included for free?

  • Technical Support for WiFi signal to labtops or home computers. Support for WiFi signals to professionally installed radios is free.

What are some extras that I may have to pay for?

  • External Radio - Some customers may have to rent an External Radio to obtain a strong enough signal to get service. COLI will be renting these for free when installed by COLI technicians and a contract is signed.(Installs range from $199-$399, depending on equipment used and contract term desired)
  • In Home/Business Networking - Again, this will be an extra service offered by COLI, if you so choose to use it.

Can I use file sharing programs?

  • Yes on any of the paid plans, but we do ask that all uploading via these programs be turned off. Uploading turns your computer into a server and will have a negative impact on our network.

Is there a data transfer cap, if so, what happens if I go over?

  • Yes, each plan has a cap. If you go over, we reserve the right to charge you an extra $2 for each Gigabyte over and move you up to the plan that fits your data transfer patterns.
  • We will be monitoring for adnormal activity and will notify you if it appears that a virus may be causing you to exceed your cap.
